This is a virtual two night, two day retreat where we will learn One Thousand Hands Buddha Qigong from the lineage teachings of Master Liu He. This is a seated, 13 step form that takes us through the physical practices of establishing sovereignty, protecting our peace, clearing and opening the energetic and physical space of the heart center and connecting to our highest capacity for compassion for self and all beings.
When: Friday at 5pm June 5th to Sunday 5pm June 7th
Retreat schedule will be shared with purchase of ticket.
Space is limited for the sake of more intimate connection and individualized attention.
Recordings will be available for purchase by June 14th for those who can’t make the virtual retreat in person.
