A virtual 3-night, two day retreat where we will learn One Thousand Hands Buddha Qigong from the lineage teachings of Master Liu He. This is a seated, 13 step form that takes us through the physical practices of establishing sovereignty, protecting our peace, clearing and opening the energetic and physical space of the heart center and connecting to our highest capacity for compassion for self and other.
When: Friday at 5pm June 5th to Sunday 5pm June 7th
Retreat schedule will be shared with purchase of ticket. Limited to 25 participants for the sake of sharing circles and individualized attention.
Recordings will be available for purchase by June 14th for those who can’t make the virtual retreat in person. I encourage those participants to take three days off to complete this session in personal retreat style.
